She gave us valuable information for staging the house which we think was very good in helping us get it sold more quickly. She sat down with us and spent time with us explaining how the market worked and how to go about pricing the home in a fair market value to get the most out of it for us, but yet in order to move the house in a timely fashion. We were really pleased with what we got out of the house. Even though she is a ways from where we live we would love to deal with her in the future. We have dealt with many realtors as we have fixed up many houses and Karen is by far the best realtor that we have dealt with.
